You can choose what browser you would like savIRC to use when viewing the savIRC documentation, or when double-clicking on a URL within savIRC.

The default on Windows is Explorer.

On Unix-Like OS's, savIRC tries to determine which browsers are installed and will list them in the drop-down box.

Open Downloads folder command.  Here you can specify which program you want to use when displaying your downloads folder. Most commandline commands will work here.

Open incoming files command.  The same as above, except this deals with opening those files.
