The Channel Folder

The channel folder is a place where you can specify what channels you want to remember, or bookmark, if you will. Since savIRC is multi-network aware, you might not remember which channel is on which network if you frequently visit two or more networks. So, there is a field where you list the channel name, the network it is on, and a short description if you want.
